Every friday I will try to post a recipe, it could be for sweet, salads, for lunch, dirnks, everything that can come to my mind, I hope you try them and also like, and if you do, leave a comment telling me how it was.
This Friday I will start with a Banana Cake (well in this case I made cupcakes, but it the same for both), super easy and quick.
You can enjoy this cake with a coffee and milk or just with vanillia Ice Cream
Ingredientes:
1 cup of oil
1 1/2 Cup of sugar
2 1/2 baking flour
3 eggs
4 bananas peals and sliced in cube
1 tsp powder cinnamon
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of nuts (crushed not too tiny, medium size)
vanilla
Preparación:
In a bowl, mix the oil and the sugar, add cinnamon, the vanilla and the eggs, mix everything very well, then add the flour and continue to mix, add the raisings, the nust and at the end add the bananas and mix a little bit more.
pour this in a greased mold and bake for 1 hour @ 350ºC aprox.
this recipe serves for a mid size mold, around 22cm
